Dream it... See it... And Achieve it!
Two people approach a chasm at the top of a steep hill. The first stands open-mouthed, head down, clenched fists jammed into her hips. She mutters something about finding a different route, turns, and plods back down the hill.
The second person stares only momentarily at the chasm. She smiles, inhales deeply, and then strides confidently to her right. Within a few short meters she finds a bridge. But upon close examination, she realizes that she’s been down this route more than once, each time having to face some hardship or pain. She springs forward… trusting… knowing…
Teaching an old cat new tricks
I’m Arlene Rosenberg, and I’ve been both of these women facing what seemed at the time to be impassible obstacles. I’ve turned back, trod up the same hill and run into the same chasm or wall – multiple times.
I’ve taken that first bridge or door because it was familiar. I soon felt frustrated, angry, disillusioned, confused, or uncertain. I have also spent countless hours staring at a barrier, unable to see any clear way around or through.
But I have also found my way through, over, and around these barriers. Call it perseverance or dogged determination – I learned how to snatch what I want from life with ease and a certain amount of grace.
More importantly, I have since lead hundreds of people through similar transitions to create new entrepreneurial businesses… exponentially increase sales… turn destructive relationships into lasting friendships… lead joyful, well-balanced lives… and to confidently blast through whatever personal or professional obstacles they have faced.
